BNP Engage worked with Josh Rizzo to understand his unique position as a thought leader, coach and speaker focused on mental health and team cohesion in Construction and Engineering. We translated his vision and approach into a brand and digital presence that communicates who he is, drives engagement, and starts conversations.
In 2021, Josh pivoted from his role leading team safety at a large manufacturing company to focus on mental health advocacy. He had built a network of leaders across the construction industry and provided coaching, team retreats, and workshops on leadership and mental health. His deep understanding of construction and manufacturing teams and his extensive work and military experience gave him a unique perspective and ability to connect with his audience. But he didn't have a platform or presence online to expand his reach.
BNP Engage worked with Josh to create a logo and visual style that matched his personality and approach. Once an identity for his personal brand was established, we built a custom website to showcase his services and drive engagement. The content we wrote took his voice and elevated it to work for an online audience. We worked directly with Josh to ensure he's able to easily edit and manage his website without extra cost, time, or overhead.
