Ever hear of “Kaizen”? It’s the Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement around working practices and efficiency. Ben’s leadership embodies this philosophy by seeking out the latest trends in digital strategy, along with company efficiency. When he’s not strategizing or leading his team to new heights, he’s out in his garden, adventuring with his 3 kids, or enjoying a sunset with his beautiful wife.

Tyler Baber

Tyler brings over 15 years of digital project experience to his role as Director of Operations. He joined BNP Engage in 2016, growing from an Account Manager to overseeing client relations and operations for the full BNP Engage team. While he is primarily focused on ensuring work is delivered at and above client expectations, and helping build partnerships, he still loves to get involved in website builds, project support, and problem solving. When not helping clients fulfill their digital project dreams, Tyler nerds out over baseball, board games, and good barbecue.

Jennifer Greenjack

A marketing guru with 30+ years work experience, Jennifer has evolved along with the digital world. Always searching for the latest and greatest advancements in the digital marketing space, Jennifer loves to think outside the box helping our clients maximize their brand exposure, increase lead conversion, and grow their business. She is truly invested in the success of each client by diving deep into the “why”, then determining the how and the what. While trying new tactics, Jennifer maintains focus on marketing best practices learning how to solve the pain points of their end users, and identifying the differentiators to make them stand against the competition. On a personal note, Jennifer loves to spend time “glamping” and fishing with her husband and their pups.

Alicia Tighe

Alicia joined BNP Engage in August, 2016 as the Executive Assistant and brings over 25 years of experience providing high-level support for leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. She is essential to the culture of the team, by keeping clear lines of communication all around the office. When not working, Alicia enjoys reading and spending time at the beach with her family.

Brent Cannon

Brent is a seasoned marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in various industries, including franchise, B2C and B2B marketing. His passion for developing tailored strategies and creative flair is what sets him apart from the crowd, as he works closely with clients to help them achieve their branding and marketing goals. Brent's strong work ethic is matched only by his passion for life outside of the office. You can find him cycling at SoulCycle, binge-watching a tv series, or enjoying his favorite tunes.

Caroline Patridge

Caroline joined BNP Engage in October 2022 with over 10 years of experience in high-quality project management and product development in a variety of industries, ranging from marketing campaigns, video production, 360/virtual reality filmmaking, and more. When she's not coordinating schedules or managing projects from beginning to end, you can find Caroline surrounded by plants, writing books and movie scripts, and developing virtual reality applications for the world to enjoy.

Nathan Greenwood

Nathan brings over 11 years of experience in content creation for digital and print media to the team. With a strong background in editorial and project management, as well as sales and marketing, Nathan draws knowledge from a variety of disciplines to provide clients with boutique support. He also consciously remains a student of the industry, seeking to constantly learn and explore. When he’s not managing the different facets of custom digital and print media projects, you can find him enjoying a variety of hobbies like hiking, as well as spending time with his family. Some of Nathan’s interests include: Kinesiology, Anthropology, Art, Physics and Language.

Megan is a Web & Graphic Designer bringing 15+ years experience and a serious passion for clean, functional design. When she isn’t pushing pixels, Megan is a musician, gamer, jokester, CSS wrangler, and all-around lover of nerd things. She is also an aspiring bourbon sommelier and is always up for a culinary adventure.

Blake Pertl is a Web Designer with 7+ years of experience in the digital world, where he uses his design & marketing skills to create fresh, innovative, and user-friendly websites. When he’s not busy creating new designs, Blake enjoys hiking with his dog Mac, watching his favorite sports teams, and hanging out with friends.

Lucas is a Web Designer with 10+ years of experience. Working closely with local and international businesses, Lucas has brought websites and interfaces to life for small scale startups to corporate enterprises. Focusing on user-friendly, clean, yet personalized web designs, interfaces, and mobile apps. When his creative hat is off, Lucas enjoys exploring Philadelphia with his dog named "Grandpa" and relaxing with friends and family.

Since beginning work at 15 for an amusement park, Jim held all sorts of jobs , from line cook to SEO & Content Marketing Specialist at BNP Engage. The one constant he can take with him from position to position and company to company is the philosophy that success and innovation do not happen in silos, but as part of a diverse team that shares their own expertise to create synergy on any project. Being at the bottom rung in many positions gives Jim an appreciation for managing a unified team for the betterment of our clients objectives and goals in all aspects of their brand promotion. He looks forward to bringing in some of his own experiences and knowledge to our incredible team to continue creating objectively solid SEM strategy that better serves our current and future clients.

Leandra’s love of the web began when she coded her first website at 8 years old. Now as a web developer with 7+ years of professional experience, she strives to learn something new every day while staying on top of the latest technology. When not coding, Leandra enjoys going to concerts and exploring the City of Brotherly Love.

Tess joined the BNP Engage team in October 2019, bringing with her a keen eye for design and a passion for web development. Ever since she discovered the magic of coding via Neopets at age 12, she has taught herself how to bring beautiful designs to life on the web using the latest trends in frontend development. When Tess is not in front of a computer, she can be found doodling letters with a calligraphy pen, exploring Philadelphia, cuddling her dog, or reading a book.
